New Jersey High School Lacrosse - Glen Ridge sneaks past Sparta
April 8, 2025: Glen Ridge, NJ 07028 Fans at Tuesday's non-league test between the Glen Ridge Ridgers (Glen Ridge, NJ) and the visiting Sparta Spartans (Sparta, NJ), witnessed Glen Ridge's lacrosse squad hold off Sparta by a count of 11-10.
The Ridgers (2-2) will now prepare for their test against Kent Place (Summit, NJ). The Dragons enter the non-league test with a 1-2 record. In their last test, Kent Place was nipped by Madison (Madison, NJ), 13-12, in a non-league test.
Next, the Spartans battle the Westfield Blue Devils (Westfield, NJ) in a non-league test, on Thursday, April 10. Sparta will attempt to move on its 2-1 season record. The Blue Devils enter the test with a 3-1 record after their 13-8 non-league win over Immaculate Heart Academy (Washington Township, NJ).
