April 8, 2025: Stilwell, KS 66085 Blue Valley West Jaguars (Stilwell, KS) boosters exited the stadium pleased Tuesday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the visiting Bishop Miege Stags (Shawnee Mission, KS), 3-1 in a league test.
With the triumph, Blue Valley West moves its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Jaguars travel to Saint Thomas Aquinas (Overland Park, KS) to clash with the Saints in a Eastern Kansas test on Tuesday, April 15. The Saints come into the test with a record of 3-3.
The Stags now sport a 4-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Hayden for a non-league test on Friday, April 11. Bishop Miege will clash with a Wildcats team coming off a 5-0 non-league win over Lansing (Lansing, KS). The Wildcats record now stands at 1-1.
