Virginia High School Soccer - Deep Run knocks off James River Midlothian
April 8, 2025: Glen Allen, VA 23059 Fans at Tuesday's non-league battle between the Deep Run Wildcats (Glen Allen, VA) and the visiting James River Midlothian Rapids (Midlothian, VA), saw Deep Run's soccer squad triumph over James River Midlothian by a score of 8-0.
The Wildcats (4-0) will now prepare for their battle against Freeman (Richmond, VA). The Mavericks enter the Colonial battle with a 3-1 record. In their last battle, Freeman ran past Hermitage (Richmond, VA), 7-0, in a league battle.
Next up, the Rapids confront the Midlothian Trojans (Midlothian, VA) in a Dominion battle, on Thursday, April 10. James River Midlothian will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record. The Trojans enter the battle with a 5-0 record after their 2-0 league win over Cosby (Midlothian, VA).
