California High School Lacrosse - Carmel drops to Palma
April 8, 2025: Salinas, CA 93901 Palma Chieftains (Salinas, CA) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Tuesday as they saw their lacrosse team overcome the visiting Carmel Padres (Carmel, CA), 11-4 in a league game.
With the victory, Palma advances its record to 4-3 on the season. The Chieftains travel to Stevenson (Pebble Beach, CA) to play the Pirates in a PCAL - Gabilan game on Thursday, April 10. The Pirates come into the game with a record of 9-1. Stevenson won 14-5 in their recent non-league game against Archbishop Mitty (San Jose, CA)
The Padres now sport a 1-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Pacific Grove for a non-league game on Saturday, April 12. Carmel will play a Breakers team coming off a 15-12 league win over Monterey (Monterey, CA). The Breakers record now stands at 4-1.
