The Obion County Rebels softball team scored 6 runs and held the visiting Lake County Falcons to 3 in the Rebels non-league win on Tuesday.

The Rebels now sport a 3-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Caruthersville for a non-league battle on Wednesday, April 9. Obion County will confront a Tigers team coming off a 26-7 non-league win over Scott County Central (Sikeston, MO). The Tigers record now stands at 1-1.

With the loss, Lake County drops to 2-7 on the campaign. The Falcons travel to Greenfield (Greenfield, TN) to meet the Yellowjackets in a non-league challenge on Thursday, April 10.
