The Foothill Cougars baseball team scored 13 runs and held the host Etna Lions to 2 in the Cougars non-league win on Wednesday.

The Cougars now own a 13-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Pleasant Valley for a Eastern test on Tuesday, April 14.

With the defeat, Etna drops to 5-8 on the year. The Lions travel to Enterprise (Redding, CA) to play the Hornets in a non-league test on Wednesday, April 8. The Hornets go into the test with a record of 10-6. Enterprise lost 8-1 in their recent non-league test against Central Valley (Shasta Lake, CA)
