Oil City Oilers (Oil City, PA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Slippery Rock Rockets (Slippery Rock, PA), 6-2 in a league test.

With the win, Oil City upgrades its record to 2-1 on the season. The Oilers travel to Greenville (Greenville, PA) to battle the Trojans in a District 10 Region 2 test on Monday, April 12. The Trojans come into the test with a record of 0-3. Greenville lost 6-5 in their recent league test against Meadville (Meadville, PA)
