April 9, 2024: Cardington, OH 43315 The Cardington-Lincoln Pirates crushed the visiting Cristo Rey Cougar baseball team by a count of 15-6 in Tuesday's non-league bout.
The Pirates now possess a 2-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Northmor for a Knox Morrow Athletic bout on Wednesday, April 10. Cardington-Lincoln will face a Golden Knights team coming off a 1-0 league loss to East Knox (Howard, OH). The Golden Knights record now stands at 6-1.
Next, the Cougar face the Franklin Monroe Jets (Pitsburg, OH) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, April 13. Cristo Rey will attempt to move on its 0-3 season record. The Jets enter the bout with a 4-3 record after their 9-0 league loss to Dixie (New Lebanon, OH).
