Georgia High School Soccer - Stephens County nudges West Hall
April 9, 2024: Oakwood, GA 30566 Stephens County Indians (Toccoa, GA) supporters were pleased Tuesday as they observed their soccer team hold off the host West Hall Spartans (Oakwood, GA), 2-1 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Indians confront the Franklin County Lions (Carnesville, GA) in a 3A Region 8 challenge, on Friday, April 12. Stephens County will attempt to move on its 5-9 season record. The Lions enter the challenge with a 3-6 record after their 3-2 league win over Monroe Area (Monroe, GA).
The Spartans now possess a 1-16 record. They take the field next when they travel to Winder-Barrow for a non-league challenge on Friday, April 12. West Hall will confront a Bulldoggs team coming off a 2-2 non-league East Jackson (Commerce, GA). The Bulldoggs record now stands at 4-8.
