New Hampshire High School Lacrosse - Goffstown drops to Alvirne
April 9, 2024: Goffstown, NH 03045 In Tuesday's league test, the visiting Alvirne Broncos lacrosse squad scored a tight 12-8 victory over the Goffstown Grizzlies.
The Broncos now have a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Nashua South for a non-league test on Wednesday, April 10. Alvirne will face a Purple Panthers squad coming off a 8-3 non-league loss to Merrimack (Merrimack, NH). The Purple Panthers record now stands at 0-1.
In their next game, the Grizzlies face the Kingswood Knights (Wolfeboro, NH) in a Division II test, on Friday, April 12. Goffstown will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record. The Knights come into the test with a 2-0 record after their 10-5 league win over Hanover (Hanover, NH).
