Oregon High School Softball - North Medford bounces Grants Pass
April 9, 2024: Grants Pass, OR 97526 North Medford Black Tornado (Medford, OR) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the host Grants Pass Cavemen (Grants Pass, OR), 19-1 in a league challenge.
The Black Tornado now own a 8-4 record. They take the field next when they host South Medford for a 6A Southwest challenge on Saturday, April 13. North Medford will face a Panthers squad coming off a 7-0 league win over South Eugene (Eugene, OR). The Panthers record now stands at 5-6.
With the loss, Grants Pass falls to 4-7 on the campaign. The Cavemen host South Eugene (Eugene, OR) to face the Axe in a 6A Southwest challenge on Saturday, April 13. The Axe enter the challenge with a record of 2-6. South Eugene lost 7-0 in their recent league challenge against South Medford (Medford, OR)
