Connecticut High School Softball - Woodstock Academy can't get by Ledyard
April 9, 2024: Ledyard, CT 06339 In Tuesday's non-league contest, the Ledyard Colonels (Ledyard, CT) softball team held off the visiting Woodstock Academy Centaurs (Woodstock, CT), by a margin of 7-6.
With the triumph, Ledyard moves its record to 1-1 on the year. The Colonels host Griswold (Griswold, CT) to play the Wolverines in a non-league contest on Friday, April 12. The Wolverines come into the contest with a record of 2-1.
In their next game, the Centaurs play the Brookfield Bobcats (Brookfield, CT) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, April 13. Woodstock Academy will attempt to move on its 2-2 season record. The Bobcats come into the contest with a 1-1 record after their 6-0 non-league loss to Woodland Regional (Beacon Falls, CT).
