April 9, 2024: Germantown, MD 20874 In Tuesday's non-league contest, the Northwest Jaguars (Germantown, MD) softball team overwhelmed the visiting Magruder Colonels (Rockville, MD), by a margin of 20-2.
With the triumph, Northwest moves its record to 3-0 on the year. The Jaguars travel to Seneca Valley (Germantown, MD) to play the Screamin' Eagles in a Montgomery County 4A - West contest on Wednesday, April 10. The Screamin' Eagles come into the contest with a record of 2-2. Seneca Valley lost 10-0 in their recent league contest against Gaithersburg (Gaithersburg, MD)
In their next game, the Colonels play the Springbrook Blue Devils (Silver Spring, MD) in a Montgomery County 4A - East contest, on Wednesday, April 10. Magruder will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record.
