April 9, 2024: Porterville, CA 93257 The Porterville Panthers the visiting Mt. Whitney Pioneers softball squad by a count of 5-2 in Tuesday's league battle.
The Panthers (7-7) will now prepare for their battle against Redwood (Visalia, CA). The Rangers go into the East Yosemite battle with a 9-8 record. In their last battle, Redwood nudged El Diamante (Visalia, CA), 5-1, in a league battle.
The Pioneers now sport a 2-16 record. They play next when they host Golden West for a East Yosemite battle on Thursday, April 11. Mt. Whitney will meet a Trailblazers team coming off a 3-2 league loss to Monache (Porterville, CA). The Trailblazers record now stands at 13-4.
