The Huron River Rats baseball team scored 6 runs and held the visiting Dexter Dreadnaughts to 3 in the River Rats non-league win on Wednesday.

The River Rats now own a 2-3 record. They take the field next when they host Skyline for a Freelance test on Tuesday, April 15. Huron will play a Eagles team coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Lincoln (Ypsilanti, MI). The Eagles record now stands at 3-2.

With the defeat, Dexter drops to 5-2 on the year. The Dreadnaughts host Adrian (Adrian, MI) to play the Maples in a non-league test on Saturday, April 12. The Maples go into the test with a record of 0-0.
