The Father Lopez Green Wave baseball team scored 10 runs and held the visiting Lake Highland Prep Highlanders to 9 in the Green Wave league win on Wednesday.

The Green Wave now own a 9-14 record. They take the field next when they travel to Taylor for a non-league test on Monday, April 14. Father Lopez will play a Wildcats team coming off a 13-3 non-league loss to Trinity Christian Academy (Deltona, FL). The Wildcats record now stands at 11-7.

With the defeat, Lake Highland Prep drops to 10-14 on the year. The Highlanders host Orangewood Christian (Maitland, FL) to play the Rams in a non-league test on Thursday, April 10. The Rams go into the test with a record of 13-8. Orangewood Christian won 3-2 in their recent non-league test against Lyman (Longwood, FL)
