The crowd at Wednesday's non-league battle between the Mineral Ridge Rams (Mineral Ridge, OH) and the host Garfield G-Men (Garrettsville, OH), saw Mineral Ridge's baseball team get by Garfield by a tally of 3-2.

The Rams (2-1) will now prepare for their battle against Lowellville (Lowellville, OH). The Rockets enter the Mahoning Valley Athletic - Scarlet battle with a 2-2 record. In their last battle, Lowellville held off Waterloo (Atwater, OH), 9-7, in a league battle.

Next, the G-Men face the Rootstown Rovers (Rootstown, OH) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, April 12. Garfield will attempt to upgrade on its 4-2 season record. The Rovers enter the battle with a 3-0 record after their 21-2 non-league win over Garfield (Akron, OH).
