California High School Volleyball - San Gabriel Academy overwhelmed by Pacifica Christian
April 9, 2025: Newport Beach, CA 92663 Pacifica Christian Tritons (Newport Beach, CA) boosters left the game satisfied Wednesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting San Gabriel Academy Eagles (San Gabriel, CA), 3-0 in a league test.
With the win, Pacifica Christian improves its record to 9-14 on the season. The Tritons host Samueli Academy (Santa Ana, CA) to face the Firewolves in a San Joaquin test on Friday, April 11. The Firewolves go into the test with a record of 22-3. Samueli Academy won 3-0 in their recent league test against Fairmont Prep (Anaheim, CA)
The Eagles now own a 8-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Rio Hondo Prep for a non-league test on Friday, April 11. San Gabriel Academy will face a Kares squad coming off a 3-2 league loss to Polytechnic (Pasadena, CA). The Kares record now stands at 14-13.
