In Wednesday's non-league game, the visiting Cedar Crest Falcons baseball team scored a close 6-3 win over the Ephrata Mountaineers.

The Falcons (5-3) will now prepare for their game against Penn Manor (Millersville, PA). The Comets go into the non-league game with a 3-4 record. In their last game, Penn Manor nudged J.P. McCaskey (Lancaster, PA), 23-7, in a league game.

Next, the Mountaineers play the Central York Panthers (York, PA) in a non-league game, on Saturday, April 12. Ephrata will attempt to improve on its 5-4 season record. The Panthers go into the game with a 4-3 record after their 16-6 non-league win over Red Lion (Red Lion, PA).
