Virginia High School Softball - Grayson County bounces Holston
April 9, 2025: Independence, VA 24348 The Grayson County Blue Devils (Independence, VA) softball routed the visiting Holston Cavaliers (Damascus, VA), 15-5 in Wednesday's non-league outing.
The Blue Devils now sport a 3-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Giles for a non-league outing on Tuesday, April 15. Grayson County will encounter a Spartans team coming off a 12-1 non-league loss to Auburn (Riner, VA). The Spartans record now stands at 3-3.
With the loss, Holston moves to 0-2 on the season. The Cavaliers travel to Patrick Henry (Glade Spring, VA) to encounter the Rebels in a non-league outing on Monday, April 14. The Rebels come into the outing with a record of 1-2. Patrick Henry won 10-4 in their recent non-league outing against Tazewell (Tazewell, VA)
