Illinois High School Softball - Fenton topped by Barrington
April 9, 2025: Barrington, IL 60010 Barrington Fillies/Broncos (Barrington, IL) backers left the game pleased Wednesday as they saw their softball squad thwart the visiting Fenton Bison (Bensenville, IL), 15-3 in a non-league game.
With the triumph, Barrington upgrades its record to 8-1 on the year. The Fillies/Broncos host Larkin (Elgin, IL) to play the Royals in a non-league game on Friday, April 11. The Royals enter the game with a record of 2-4. Larkin won 19-0 in their recent league game against Streamwood (Streamwood, IL)
The Bison now own a 2-7 record. They play next when they travel to Riverside-Brookfield for a Metro Suburban game on Thursday, April 10. Fenton will play a Bulldogs squad coming off a 15-3 league loss to West Chicago (West Chicago, IL). The Bulldogs record now stands at 5-3.
