The Columbus North Bull Dogs triumphed over the visiting East Central Trojans softball squad by a count of 11-0 in Wednesday's non-league challenge.

Next, the Bull Dogs meet the Shelbyville Golden Bears (Shelbyville, IN) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, April 10. Columbus North will attempt to upgrade on its 1-3 season record. The Golden Bears enter the challenge with a 3-1 record after their 7-3 non-league win over Bloomington North (Bloomington, IN).

The Trojans (2-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Center Grove (Greenwood, IN). The Trojans enter the non-league challenge with a 2-1 record. In their last challenge, Center Grove was routed by Roncalli (Indianapolis, IN), 6-5, in a non-league challenge.
