New Jersey High School Softball - Gateway Regional succumbs to Sterling
April 9, 2025: Woodbury Heights, NJ 08097 In Wednesday's non-league test, the Sterling Silver Knights (Somerdale, NJ) softball squad overwhelmed the host Gateway Regional Gators (Woodbury Heights, NJ), by a tally of 19-9.
Next, the Silver Knights clash with the Glassboro Bulldogs (Glassboro, NJ) in a non-league test, on Friday, April 11. Sterling will attempt to advance on its 3-2 season record.
The Gators (0-2) will now prepare for their test against West Deptford (Westville, NJ). The Eagles go into the non-league test with a 0-4 record. In their last test, West Deptford was routed by Haddon Township (Westmont, NJ), 8-5, in a non-league test.
