New York High School Softball - Madison bounces New Dorp
April 9, 2025: Brooklyn, NY 11229 The Madison Golden Knights softball team scored 16 runs and held the visiting New Dorp Central Cougars to 3 in the Golden Knights non-league win on Wednesday.
The Golden Knights now sport a 4-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Scholars Academy for a non-league battle on Thursday, April 10. Madison will confront a team coming off a 11-6 non-league loss to Tottenville (Staten Island, NY). The record now stands at 2-2.
With the loss, New Dorp moves to 1-3 on the season. The Central cougars host Midwood (Brooklyn, NY) to confront the Hornets in a non-league battle on Thursday, April 10. The Hornets come into the battle with a record of 0-4. Midwood lost 16-0 in their recent non-league battle against Wagner (Staten Island, NY)
