Grosse Ile Devils (Grosse Ile, MI) fans left the game pleased Thursday as they observed their baseball squad achieve victory over the host Riverview Pirates (Riverview, MI), 11-1 in a league match.

With the triumph, Grosse Ile advances its record to 2-0 on the season. The Devils travel to Carlson (Gibraltar, MI) to battle the Marauders in a non-league match on Saturday, April 11. The Marauders come into the match with a record of 2-1. Carlson lost 5-1 in their recent league match against Allen Park (Allen Park, MI)

The Pirates now have a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Anderson for a non-league match on Saturday, April 11. Riverview will battle a Titans squad coming off a 4-3 league win over Edsel Ford (Dearborn, MI). The Titans record now stands at 1-0.
