Spectators at Saturday's non-league match between the American Fork Cavemen (American Fork, UT) and the host Richfield Wildcats (Richfield, UT), witnessed American Fork's softball squad tip Richfield by a count of 9-2.

The Cavemen now sport a 4-11 record. They play next when they travel to Lone Peak for a 6A Region 4 match on Tuesday, April 13. American Fork will face a Knights squad coming off a 8-6 league loss to Westlake (Saratoga Springs, UT). The Knights record now stands at 7-6.

With the loss, Richfield moves to 6-10 on the season. The Wildcats travel to Salem Hills (Salem, UT) to face the Skyhawks in a non-league match on Saturday, April 10. The Skyhawks go into the match with a record of 7-3. Salem Hills lost 13-6 in their recent non-league match against Gunnison Valley (Gunnison, UT)
