Connecticut High School Baseball - Stonington nudged by Old Lyme
April 10, 2023: Old Lyme, CT 06371 The Old Lyme Wildcats baseball team scored 14 runs and limited the visiting Stonington Bears to 13 in the Wildcats non-league victory on Monday.
With the win, Old Lyme upgrades its record to 4-0 on the season. The Wildcats host Hale Ray (Moodus, CT) to battle the Noises in a Shoreline - Small challenge on Tuesday, April 11. The Noises come into the challenge with a record of 2-1. Hale Ray won 5-2 in their recent league challenge against Westbrook (Westbrook, CT)
With the defeat, Stonington falls to 1-3 on the season. The Bears host Fitch (Groton, CT) to battle the Falcons in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, April 12. The Falcons come into the challenge with a record of 1-2. Fitch lost 5-4 in their recent non-league challenge against Plainfield (Central Village, CT)
