North Carolina High School Soccer - East Wake overwhelmed by Panther Creek
April 10, 2023: Wendell, NC 27591 The Panther Creek Catamounts smashed the host East Wake Warriors soccer squad by a margin of 9-0 in Monday's non-league match.
The Catamounts now sport a 5-7 record. They play next when they travel to Green Level for a Southwest Wake 4A match on Wednesday, April 12. Panther Creek will encounter a Gators squad coming off a 1-1 non-league Willow Spring (Fuquay-Varina, NC). The Gators record now stands at 5-3.
With the loss, East Wake drops to 3-10 on the season. The Warriors travel to Smithfield-Selma (Smithfield, NC) to encounter the Spartans in a Quad County 3A match on Tuesday, April 11. The Spartans come into the match with a record of 4-7. Smithfield-Selma lost 9-0 in their recent league match against Hunt (Wilson, NC)
