New York High School Softball - Hauppauge bounces Eastport-South Manor
April 10, 2023: Manorville, NY 11941 Spectators at Monday's non-league match between the Hauppauge Eagles (Hauppauge, NY) and the host Eastport-South Manor Sharks (Manorville, NY), witnessed Hauppauge's softball squad prevail over Eastport-South Manor by a count of 13-0.
The Eagles now sport a 5-1 record. They play next when they travel to Deer Park for a Section 11 AA/A-4 match on Friday, April 14. Hauppauge will face a Falcons squad coming off a 9-0 league loss to Islip (Islip, NY). The Falcons record now stands at 0-2.
With the loss, Eastport-South Manor moves to 1-1 on the season. The Sharks travel to Hampton Bays (Hampton Bays, NY) to face the Baymen in a Section 11 A-6 match on Wednesday, April 19. The Baymen go into the match with a record of 0-4.
