Alabama High School Softball - White Plains gets by Woodland
April 10, 2023: Anniston, AL 36207 Spectators at Monday's non-league match between the White Plains Wildcats (Anniston, AL) and the visiting Woodland Bobcats (Woodland, AL), witnessed White Plains's softball squad tip Woodland by a count of 9-8.
The Wildcats now sport a 17-10 record. They play next when they host Pleasant Valley for a non-league match on Tuesday, April 11. White Plains will face a Raiders squad coming off a 6-3 non-league win over Jacksonville (Jacksonville, AL). The Raiders record now stands at 3-5.
With the loss, Woodland moves to 4-6 on the season.
