April 10, 2024: Winnsboro, SC 29180 The crowd at Wednesday's non-league match between the Chester Cyclones (Chester, SC) and the host Richard Winn Academy Eagles (Winnsboro, SC), saw Chester's softball squad achieve victory over Richard Winn Academy by a count of 21-6.
The Cyclones now sport a 5-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Clinton for a match on Tuesday, April 16.
With the loss, Richard Winn Academy falls to 1-1 on the campaign. The Eagles host Mead Hall Episcopal School (Aiken, SC) to face the Panthers in a non-league match on Monday, May 6. The Panthers enter the match with a record of 3-4.
