The Hoggard Vikings lacrosse squad (Wilmington, NC), was overwhelmed 12-7 in Wednesday's league challenge with the host Laney Buccaneers (Wilmington, NC)

Coming up next, the Buccaneers meet the New Hanover Wildcats (Wilmington, NC) in a Mideastern challenge, on Friday, April 12. Laney will attempt to improve on its 10-3 season record. The Wildcats enter the challenge with a 3-10 record after their 20-4 league loss to Ashley (Wilmington, NC).

The Vikings now sport a 5-6 record. They play next when they host New Hanover for a Mideastern challenge on Tuesday, April 16. Hoggard will meet a Wildcats squad coming off a 17-3 league loss to Laney (Wilmington, NC). The Wildcats record now stands at 3-11.
