The Panther Creek Catamounts baseball squad (Cary, NC), was overwhelmed 10-5 in Thursday's league contest with the visiting Apex Friendship Patriots (Apex, NC)

With the triumph, Apex Friendship moves its record to 12-6 on the season. The Patriots host Willow Spring (Fuquay-Varina, NC) to confront the Storm in a non-league contest on Saturday, April 12. The Storm come into the contest with a record of 7-5. Willow Spring lost 3-2 in their recent non-league contest against Rolesville (Rolesville, NC)

The Catamounts now possess a 3-14 record. They put it on the line next when they host Holly Springs for a Southwest Wake 4A contest on Tuesday, April 15. Panther Creek will confront a Golden Hawks squad coming off a 8-1 non-league loss to Collierville (Collierville, TN). The Golden Hawks record now stands at 9-5.
