Washington High School Baseball - Tumwater prevails Black Hills
April 10, 2025: Tumwater, WA 98512 The Tumwater Thunderbirds baseball team scored 11 runs and held the host Black Hills Wolves to 2 in the Thunderbirds league win on Thursday.
The Thunderbirds now own a 5-4 record. They take the field next when they host Aberdeen for a 2A Evergreen test on Tuesday, April 15. Tumwater will clash with a Bobcats team coming off a 4-3 non-league loss to Ellensburg (Ellensburg, WA). The Bobcats record now stands at 4-2.
With the defeat, Black Hills drops to 1-3 on the year. The Wolves travel to WF West (Chehalis, WA) to clash with the Bearcats in a 2A Evergreen game on Tuesday, April 15. The Bearcats go into the game with a record of 10-1. WF West lost 2-1 in their recent non-league game against Bainbridge (Bainbridge Island, WA)
