April 10, 2025: South Bend, IN 46615 The Niles Vikings (Niles, MI) baseball trounced the host South Bend Adams Eagles (South Bend, IN), 17-0 in Thursday's non-league challenge.
The Vikings now own a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Edwardsburg for a Wolverine B challenge on Friday, April 11. Niles will clash with a Eddies team coming off a 12-0 non-league win over Buchanan (Buchanan, MI). The Eddies record now stands at 3-4.
With the defeat, South Bend Adams drops to 0-3 on the year. The Eagles host Mishawaka Marian (Mishawaka, IN) to clash with the Knights in a Northern Indiana challenge on Friday, April 11. The Knights go into the challenge with a record of 1-1. Mishawaka Marian won 12-11 in their recent non-league challenge against LaVille (Lakeville, IN)
