In Thursday's league game, the visiting Our Lady of Good Counsel Falcons baseball team scored a close 5-3 win over the St. Mary's Ryken Knights.

The Falcons (13-4) will now prepare for their game against Paul VI (Chantilly, VA). The Panthers go into the Washington Catholic game with a 15-4 record. In their last game, Paul VI by Bishop O'Connell (Arlington, VA), 2-1, in a league game.

Next, the Knights play the Archbishop Carroll Lions (Washington, DC) in a Washington Catholic game, on Friday, April 11. St. Mary's Ryken will attempt to improve on its 7-8 season record. The Lions go into the game with a 0-11 record after their 25-0 league loss to Bishop Ireton (Alexandria, VA).
