April 10, 2025: Mount Vernon, WA 98273 The Mount Vernon Bulldogs baseball team scored 4 runs and held the visiting Everett Seagulls to 3 in the Bulldogs non-league win on Thursday.
The Bulldogs now own a 7-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Nooksack Valley for a non-league test on Monday, April 14. Mount Vernon will clash with a Pioneers team coming off a 10-0 non-league loss to Burlington-Edison (Burlington, WA). The Pioneers record now stands at 1-3.
With the defeat, Everett drops to 2-6 on the year. The Seagulls travel to Stanwood (Stanwood, WA) to clash with the Spartans in a non-league test on Monday, April 14. The Spartans go into the test with a record of 9-1. Stanwood won 4-3 in their recent non-league test against Jackson (Mill Creek, WA)
