Virginia High School Soccer - Great Bridge knocks off Northampton
April 10, 2025: Chesapeake, VA 23322 The Great Bridge Wildcats soccer squad scored 3 points and held the visiting Northampton Yellowjackets to 0 in the Wildcats non-league victory on Thursday.
The Wildcats now hold a 4-3 record. They play next when they travel to Nansemond River for a non-league bout on Tuesday, April 22. Great Bridge will encounter a Warriors squad coming off a 4-2 non-league win over New Kent (New Kent, VA). The Warriors record now stands at 2-3.
With the loss, Northampton moves to 0-1 on the year. The Yellowjackets travel to Nandua (Onley, VA) to encounter the Warriors in a bout on Monday, April 28. The Warriors go into the bout with a record of 0-1.
