South Carolina High School Softball - Spring Valley succumbs to White Knoll

In Thursday's non-league test, the White Knoll Timberwolves (Lexington, SC) softball squad overwhelmed the visiting Spring Valley Vikings (Columbia, SC), by a tally of 16-0.

Next, the Timberwolves clash with the Lexington Wildcats (Lexington, SC) in a AAAAA Region 4 test, on Tuesday, April 22. White Knoll will attempt to advance on its 9-6 season record. The Wildcats go into the test with a 16-2 record after their 17-5 league win over Dutch Fork (Irmo, SC).

The Vikings (2-12) will now prepare for their test against West Florence (Florence, SC). The Knights go into the AAAAA Region 5 test with a 13-4 record. In their last test, West Florence prevailed over Ridge View (Columbia, SC), 16-0, in a league test.
