Maryland High School Baseball - Hereford defeats Poly
April 10, 2026: Baltimore, MD 21209 The Hereford Bulls (Parkton, MD) baseball trounced the host Poly Engineers (Baltimore, MD), 10-2 in Friday's non-league challenge.
The Bulls now own a 10-2 record. They take the field next when they host Sparrows Point for a Baltimore County 1 challenge on Monday, April 13. Hereford will clash with a Pointers team coming off a 8-4 non-league loss to St. Mary's Ryken Green (Leonardtown, MD). The Pointers record now stands at 2-7.
With the defeat, Poly drops to 5-1 on the year. The Engineers travel to River Hill (Clarksville, MD) to clash with the Hawks in a non-league challenge on Saturday, April 11. The Hawks go into the challenge with a record of 8-0. River Hill won 3-1 in their recent league challenge against Centennial (Ellicott City, MD)
