April 11, 2023: Beech Grove, IN 46107 The Beech Grove Hornets topped the visiting Purdue Polytechnic Techies volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Hornets now have a 1-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Warren Central for a non-league test on Wednesday, April 12. Beech Grove will confront a Warriors team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Indianapolis Lutheran (Indianapolis, IN). The Warriors record now stands at 0-3.
The Techies (0-1) will now prepare for their test against Martinsville (Martinsville, IN). The Artesians enter the IBVCA test with a 4-3 record. In their last test, Martinsville was knocked off by New Palestine (New Palestine, IN), 3-2, in a league test.
