In Tuesday's league test, the visiting South Fayette Lions lacrosse squad scored a tight 9-8 victory over the Moon Area Tigers.

The Lions now have a 7-1 record. They take the field next when they host Mars for a WPIAL 2A 2 test on Friday, April 14. South Fayette will face a Fightin' Planets squad coming off a 16-1 league win over Moon Area (Moon Township, PA). The Fightin' Planets record now stands at 8-0.
