Virginia High School Lacrosse - Washington-Liberty drops to Yorktown
April 11, 2023: Arlington, VA 22207 Yorktown Patriots (Arlington, VA) boosters exited the stadium content Tuesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad overcome the visiting Washington-Liberty Generals (Arlington, VA), 10-2 in a non-league battle.
The Patriots now own a 4-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Herndon for a non-league battle on Tuesday, April 18. Yorktown will clash with a Hornets squad coming off a 4-2 non-league loss to George C. Marshall (Falls Church, VA). The Hornets record now stands at 0-3.
In their next game, the Generals clash with the Langley Saxons (McLean, VA) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, April 18. Washington-Liberty will attempt to advance on its 4-2 season record. The Saxons come into the battle with a 5-0 record after their 6-1 non-league win over McLean (McLean, VA).
