Russell Rustlers (Great Falls, MT) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the visiting Great Falls Bison (Great Falls, MT), 12-2 in a league challenge.

The Rustlers now own a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Glacier for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, May 16.

With the loss, Great Falls falls to 5-1 on the campaign. The Bison travel to Billings West (Billings, MT) to face the Golden Bears in a challenge on Thursday, April 13. The Golden Bears enter the challenge with a record of 0-0.
