Virginia High School Softball - Stuarts Draft bounces Waynesboro
April 11, 2023: Waynesboro, VA 22980 The Stuarts Draft Cougars routed the host Waynesboro Little Giants softball squad by a final score of 18-2 in Tuesday's non-league battle.
The Cougars (9-1) will now prepare for their battle against Staunton (Staunton, VA). The Storm go into the non-league battle with a 1-5 record. In their last battle, Staunton was routed by Mountain View (Quicksburg, VA), 20-0, in a non-league battle.
The Little Giants now possess a 1-3 record. They play next when they travel to Buffalo Gap for a non-league battle on Thursday, April 13. Waynesboro will meet a Bison squad coming off a 14-2 non-league win over Nelson County (Lovingston, VA). The Bison record now stands at 9-1.
