Pennsylvania High School Lacrosse - Butler drops to Shady Side Academy
April 11, 2023: Butler, PA 16001 Shady Side Academy Bulldogs (Pittsburgh, PA) followers exited the stadium content Tuesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the host Butler Golden Tornado (Butler, PA), 18-2 in a league battle.
The Bulldogs now have a 2-4 record. They take the field next when they host Mt. Lebanon for a non-league battle on Friday, April 14. Shady Side Academy will clash with a Blue Devils squad coming off a 19-5 league win over Central Catholic (Pittsburgh, PA). The Blue Devils record now stands at 5-1.
In their next game, the Golden Tornado clash with the Penn-Trafford Warriors (Harrison City, PA) in a non-league battle, on Friday, April 14. Butler will attempt to move on its 6-2 season record. The Warriors come into the battle with a 5-4 record after their 18-5 league win over Chartiers Valley (Bridgeville, PA).
