Pennsylvania High School Lacrosse - Garnet Valley overwhelms Marple Newtown
April 11, 2023: Glen Mills, PA 19342 The Garnet Valley Jaguars triumphed over the visiting Marple Newtown Fightin' Tigers lacrosse team by a score of 12-7 in Tuesday's league outing.
With the win, Garnet Valley upgrades its record to 2-3 on the season. The Jaguars travel to Parkland (Allentown, PA) to confront the Trojans in a non-league contest on Saturday, April 15. The Trojans enter the contest with a record of 2-2. Parkland lost 12-7 in their recent non-league contest against William Penn Charter (Philadelphia, PA)
The Fightin' Tigers now own a 3-3 record. They play next when they host Upper Darby for a Central contest on Thursday, April 13. Marple Newtown will play a Royals team coming off a 16-1 non-league loss to Sun Valley (Aston, PA). The Royals record now stands at 0-2.
