Washington High School Softball - Sedro-Woolley bounces Lynden
April 11, 2023: Lynden, WA 98264 Sedro-Woolley Cubs (Sedro-Woolley, WA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Lynden Lions (Lynden, WA), 10-6 in a league challenge.
The Cubs now own a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they host Ferndale for a 1A/2A/3A Northwest challenge on Thursday, April 13. Sedro-Woolley will face a Golden Eagles squad coming off a 19-3 league win over Bellingham (Bellingham, WA). The Golden Eagles record now stands at 1-3.
With the loss, Lynden falls to 1-2 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Nooksack Valley (Everson, WA) to face the Pioneers in a 1A/2A/3A Northwest challenge on Thursday, April 13. The Pioneers enter the challenge with a record of 1-1. Nooksack Valley lost 10-6 in their recent league challenge against Blaine (Blaine, WA)
