Watertown Indians (Watertown, CT) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Thomaston Bears (Thomaston, CT), 8-4 in a non-league challenge.

The Indians now own a 3-2 record. They take the field next when they host Ansonia for a Naugatuck Valley - Brass challenge on Wednesday, April 12. Watertown will face a Chargers squad coming off a 16-1 non-league loss to Seymour (Seymour, CT). The Chargers record now stands at 2-3.
