In Thursday's non-league test, the host Walt Whitman Wildcats lacrosse squad scored a tight 8-3 victory over the Brentwood Indians.

The Wildcats now have a 1-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Ward Melville for a non-league test on Monday, April 15.
